Green Orchard

Our Work

Our company uses molecular biology techniques such as DNA extraction, to determine a soil’s Total Life, as well as PCR Gene Amplification and DNA Sequencing to build bacterial profiles of soils. This data allows us to determine if a soil has low bacterial life and specific bacterial type deficiencies that may have a negative impact on plant growth and crop yield. Our methods help establish a baseline of the bacterial presence in soil that regulate nutrient availability.
